We have gone there every summer the last 17 years. I'd also like to mention how fantastic that Mexican restaurant is! A real treat to have such fine food available nearby! If you rent kayaks/canoes from Windy's, they will pick you up and drop you off at your cabin/hotel room at Shady Lane.Shady Lane provided my family with over the top customer service.My tests of a motel room is whether the sink drain works is there enough hot water for 2 to shower, and, does it heat/cool efficiently.
